Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a therapeutic treatment using gentle pressure and stretching to facilitate the release of fascial restrictions in the body caused by stress, injury, repetitive use, and traumatic or surgical scarring.

The fascia is a connective tissue forming a three dimensional web, which surrounds and supports muscle, bones, and all the organs in the body. Fascial restrictions can bind down and exert pressure and stress on the body and its soft tissue structures, causing pain and dysfunction.

The goal of MFR is to release fascial restriction and restore its tissue health.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a spiritually guided life energy. It is a simple yet powerful technique that can easily be learned by anyone. It allows muscles to relax increasing blood flow to treated areas thus quickening the healing process.

Reiki healing is based on the premises that Life Energy flows through all of life and can be accessed for the purpose of healing. Our bodies are programmed to heal themselves. Reiki facilitates that innate healing process.

Reiki is used in individual sessions or attunments. Attunments are classes designed for anyone to become a Reiki practitioner.
